Email Notifications
You'll receive email notifications for various events:
- Trip Submissions - When trips are submitted for approval
- Approval Requests - When your approval is needed
- Approval Decisions - When trips are approved or rejected
- User Invitations - When you're invited to join
- Policy Changes - When policies are published or modified
- Account Updates - Balance changes, payment confirmations
Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.

Trip Submissions
- Sent when an employee submits a trip for approval
