Manage email notifications and notification preferences.

Notifications keep you informed about important events and actions in your organization.

Email Notifications

You'll receive email notifications for various events:

  • Trip Submissions - When trips are submitted for approval
  • Approval Requests - When your approval is needed
  • Approval Decisions - When trips are approved or rejected
  • User Invitations - When you're invited to join
  • Policy Changes - When policies are published or modified
  • Account Updates - Balance changes, payment confirmations

Email notifications are sent to the email address associated with your account.

Notification Types

Trip Submissions

  • Sent when an employee submits a trip for approval
  • Includes trip details and traveler information
  • Links to approval page for quick review

Approval Requests

  • Sent to approvers when their approval is needed
  • Shows which trips require attention
  • Includes policy violations and trip context

Approval Decisions

  • Sent to travelers when trips are approved or rejected
  • Includes approver comments if provided
  • Links to trip details

User Management Notifications

User Invitations

  • Sent when you're invited to join an organization
  • Includes invitation link
  • Shows who invited you and what role you'll have

Role Changes

  • Notified when your role is changed
  • Shows your new role and permissions
  • Explains what access you now have

Policy Notifications

Policy Changes

Financial Notifications

Choosing Notifications

Select which notifications to receive:

  • All Notifications - Receive all email notifications
  • Important Only - Only critical notifications
  • Custom - Choose specific notification types

Email Frequency

Control how often you receive emails:

  • Immediate - Receive emails as events occur
  • Daily Digest - One email per day with all notifications
  • Weekly Summary - Weekly summary of activity

In-App Notifications
