Key Metrics

The dashboard displays important metrics at a glance:

  • Account Balance - Your current Helix Credits balance (funds available for bookings)
  • Current Month Travelers - Number of employees who have booked or traveled this month
  • Pending Approvals - Trips awaiting your review and approval
  • Payment Reference - Unique code to include when making payments

Your account balance updates in real-time as bookings are made and credits are purchased.

Recent Activity

The dashboard shows recent travel activity:

  • Recent Trips - Summary of trips created in the last 30 days, broken down by status
  • Monthly Spend - Total estimated budget across all trips in the last 30 days
  • Quick Actions - Fast access to common tasks

Onboarding Progress

The Dashboard tracks your setup progress and guides you through completing essential configuration steps. You'll see a checklist with:

  1. Setup a Policy - Define your travel rules and requirements
  2. Setup Cost Codes - Create codes for expense tracking and allocation
  3. Purchase Helix Credits - Add funds to your account for bookings
  4. Invite Colleagues - Add team members to your organization
  5. Use Helix - Access the main Helix app to start booking travel
